Preschool Brochure

2011/2012 Preschool Registration begins April 11th, 2011. In house Registration begins at 9am. Registration is open to the public at 12:00 noon.

 

 Payment Information
**CHECKS ONLY*NO CASH**
Please note that the fees paid for each session cover a twelve week period. To calculate the fees for a full 36 week school year, multiply your selection by three. Payment of the fees are split into three equal payments.
A non-refundable $50 deposit given at the early registration in April will be deducted from the first payment. The balance of this first payment is due on or before June 10, 2011.
The second payment is due on or before November 10, 2011 and the third payment is due on or before  Feb. 17, 2012.
You will not receive a bill. It is each family's responsibility to note these important dates. A child's spot in the program will only be held pending prompt payment of these fees. A $25 late fee will be added to all payments received after the due dates. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given after the program has begun. A refund may be given if written notice is received by the Superintendent prior to the start of the program. Refunds are by purchase order only and will be assessed a 20% registration fee. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
Recreation Programs
In addition to our Preschool, the Recreation Dept. is proud to offer many other high quality affordable programs to our families. The Recreation Dept. publishes a quarterly schedule of activities, trips and events which include programs for all ages and interests. For more information, call 732-892-5813.

Registration Information

Registration will begin on Monday April 11th, 2011 at 9:00am.
Registration will be accepted until capacity in each class is reached.
Residents who currently have a child attending our Preschool Program will be eligible to attend the Registration at 9:00am. Residents who DO NOT currently have a child in our Preschool Program will be able to register at 12:00pm. Only the Preschool classes qualify you for the early registration.

 Proof of Residency and Birth Certificates will be required. NO EXCEPTIONS! **Also, NO CASH will be accepted, CHECKS ONLY**


Parents will be required to complete an Emergency Procedure Form and an Immunization Form. Our Preschool meets the criteria as outlined by the State of New Jersey Dept. Of Community Affairs, Bureau of Licensing. Children must be the age of the program prior to 10/1/11.

KINDERSCHOOL
This class is for children who will enter Kindergarten the following September. Child must be 4 yrs. old before 10/1/11.

LITTLE LEARNERS
This class is for 3 year olds. It prepares them to enter Kinderschool the following September. Child must be 3 years old prior to 10/1/11 AND must be toilet trained prior to starting school.
